Starting September 1st, all new appointments will be booked via our new scheduling partner, Vagaro. Clients who have booked as recently as 2018 should receive an invitation to set up their booking profile. If you did not receive an invitation but would like to have your information moved to Vagaro, please reply to this message.
What to expect:
If you have a package, we will be moving those to Vagaro just prior to September 1st to make sure that we have the most accurate count. Please be patient with us. We will be on hand to help make sure accounts accurate and up to date.
Our website will be updated to provide easy access to scheduling and we will post notices both on the home page as well as on Facebook. You will receive additional communication through out the rest of August.
You will need to re-enter your credit card information to accommodate the new credit card provider.
There will be new service categories and options to match the ever changing needs of our clients and charter school students so please stay tuned for more information both via email and on our website.
If you would like to book an appointment for beginning September 1st, you may schedule this via Vagaro. Existing appointments in September and beyond will be moved from Schedulicity to Vagaro. If you do not want your future appointments moved for any reason, please reply to this email.
